Celebrate fall with a colorful set of Pumpkin Patch Mixed Media Cards! In this class, Leslie will guide you through creating five unique autumn cards filled with layers of color, texture, patterned paper, whimsical pumpkins, sunflowers, and mixed media details.

You’ll explore techniques for building rich, textured backgrounds and combining different patterns and embellishments without overwhelming your design. Each card has its own personality, with cheerful fall sentiments such as “Find joy in the harvest,” “Pumpkin kisses & harvest wishes,” and “A thankful heart gathers light.”

These cards have Leslie’s signature mixed-media style—lots of layers, distressed edges, playful patterns, and wonderful little details. They’re perfect for sending a bit of fall happiness or keeping as inspiration for your own mixed-media projects.

Supplies to Bring

Please bring your basic class kit, including your favorite wet and dry adhesives, detail scissors, paper trimmer, craft mat, ruler, and dimensional/foam adhesive.
This class also requires a White Gel Pen or Fine Line White Paint Pen, baby wipes and an apron is recommended.

No kits are available for this technique filled class.

What will I make in the Pumpkin Patch Mixed Media Cards class?
You’ll create five handmade fall-themed cards featuring pumpkins, sunflowers, patterned papers, colorful mixed-media backgrounds, and layered embellishments.

Do I need mixed media experience?
No. Leslie will guide you through the techniques used to create the cards, making this a fun opportunity to experiment with mixed media while completing finished projects.

What should I bring to class?
Bring your basic paper-crafting supplies, including wet and dry adhesives, detail scissors, paper trimmer, craft mat, ruler, and foam adhesive along with a white gel pen or fine paint pen, baby wipes and an apron (recommended).

Where is the class held?
The class is held in the classroom at Scraps of Love in Peoria, Arizona.

Class Registration & Cancellation Policy

Please register for classes at least 48 hours in advance to allow our instructors time to prepare class kits.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive store credit, and the advance notice gives us an opportunity to contact our waitlist or fill your space.

For cancellations made less than 72 hours before class, you may send someone in your place. When possible, a class kit will be prepared for you to pick up instead. Please note: Mixed Media classes cannot be made into take-home kits.
