Creepy & Cute Watercolor Cards with Leslie — $38

A little creepy, a little cute, and a whole lot of Halloween fun! Join Leslie to create five colorful Halloween cards featuring her wonderfully quirky characters, spooky scenes, playful sentiments, and bright watercolor details.

In this class, you’ll practice watercoloring stamped images and bring witches, vampires, skeletons, pumpkins, and other creepy-cute characters to life. Leslie will guide you through adding color, shading, and personality to your images before combining them with patterned papers, die-cut elements, and dimensional details to complete each card.

With googly eyes, haunted houses, graveyards, spiderwebs, and sentiments like “cute to the bone” and “just a little magic,” these cards strike the perfect balance between spooky and sweet.

Supplies to Bring

Please bring your basic class kit: craft mat, ruler, favorite adhesives (both wet and dry), scissors, bone folder, paper trimmer, pencil, and tweezers/pick-up tool.

Also bring:

• Small watercolor brush
• Watercolors — tropical color set
• Apron

What will I make in the Creepy & Cute Watercolor Cards class?
You’ll create five handmade Halloween cards featuring watercolor characters, patterned papers, die-cut elements, spooky scenes, and dimensional embellishments.

Will we be watercoloring in this class?
Yes. Watercoloring the stamped Halloween characters is an important part of the class. Leslie will guide you through adding color and details before incorporating the finished images into your cards.

Do I need watercolor experience?
You do not need to be an expert watercolor artist. This is a card-making class designed to give you hands-on practice using watercolor techniques on stamped images.

What should I bring to class?
In addition to your basic class kit, bring a small watercolor brush, a tropical-color watercolor set, and an apron.

Class Registration & Cancellation Policy

Please register for classes at least 48 hours in advance to allow our instructors time to prepare class kits.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled class. Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive store credit, and the advance notice gives us an opportunity to contact our waitlist or fill your space.

For cancellations made less than 72 hours before class, you may send someone in your place. When possible, a class kit will be prepared for you to pick up instead. Please note: Watercolor classes cannot be made into take-home kits.
