Take the guesswork out of centering and layering with Border Buddy!

Border Buddy is a set of L-shaped spacing guides designed to help cardmakers and paper crafters create straight, consistent borders. Choose the size of the border you want, place the guide against the corner of your stamp platform or base layer, and position your card layer, photo, sentiment, or embellishment against the inside edges of the guide.

Because the spacer aligns two sides at the same time, it makes it easier to create even borders and accurately position one paper-crafting element inside another—without repeatedly measuring with a ruler.

The set includes six useful spacing sizes:

• 1/8 inch — 0.125
• 3/16 inch — 0.1875
• 1/4 inch — 0.25
• 5/16 inch — 0.3125
• 3/8 inch — 0.375
• 1/2 inch — 0.5

Each spacer (except the 1/8 inch) is permanently marked with both its fractional-inch measurement and decimal equivalent, making the correct size easy to identify. When your project is finished, all six guides fit inside the included compact storage case.

How to use:

1. Select the Border Buddy guide that matches the border width you want.
2. Place the outside edges of the guide against the corner of your base layer.
3. Position the inner layer against the inside edges of the guide.
4. Adjust the layer as needed, then secure it with adhesive.
5. Return the guide to its storage case when finished.

Care instructions:

PLA can soften or warp when exposed to excessive heat. Do not leave Border Buddy in a hot vehicle or near another heat source. Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Do not place in a dishwasher.

Because this product is 3D printed, minor layer lines or small surface variations are normal and do not affect its function. Colors may vary slightly from those shown on your screen.
